2024年9月11日，中国慢性病前瞻性队列研究团队（China Kadoorie Biobank，CKB）在European Respiratory Journal上发表题为 “Y染色体嵌合缺失，吸烟与年龄相关肺疾病之间的关联：来自两大前瞻性研究的证据（Mosaic loss of chromosome Y, tobacco smoking, and risk of age-related lung diseases: insights from two prospective cohorts）”的研究成果，该研究综合英国生物银行（UKB）和中国慢性病前瞻性队列研究（CKB）两大队列数据，发现Y染色体嵌合缺失（Mosaic loss of Y chromosome，mLOY）与总体肺部疾病、慢性阻塞性肺疾病（Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD）、肺癌（Lung cancer）以及特发性肺纤维化之间的关联，以及mLOY和吸烟对于年龄相关肺疾病的协同作用，证实mLOY作为肺部疾病预测因子和生物标志的可能性。

论文题目：住宅建筑材料中的 VOC：暴露、健康风险和环境危害

2024年12月16日，北京大学公共卫生学院黄少丹研究员团队在《Sustainable Cities and Society》杂志在线发表了题为《住宅建筑材料中的VOC：暴露、健康风险和环境危害》（Residential VOC from building materials: Exposures, health risks, and ambient hazards）的研究成果。室内挥发性有机化合物（VOCs）作为建筑材料中的常见污染物，在中国引起广泛关注，但其在全国范围内的室内暴露、健康风险和环境影响尚未得到充分研究。本研究基于9个城市279处住宅中53种VOCs的排放机制和测量数据，分析了室内浓度与温度、湿度、通风、负载率和装修时间的关系。利用蒙特卡罗方法，研究估算了中国31个省份前10种VOCs的平均住宅浓度及健康风险。结果表明，住宅VOCs暴露存在显著的时空差异，南方和夏季地区的浓度通常较高。同时，住宅VOCs对环境的影响显著，尤其是甲醛、1,2-二氯丙烷和异丙苯，它们分别占大气环境中人为排放总量的13.169%、14.779%和2.475%，且城市的排放量明显高于农村。研究还发现，住宅VOCs的增加促进了臭氧和二次有机气溶胶的生成，排放量超过了之前研究中98种人为源的半数。研究强调，降低住宅VOCs水平，特别是在城市地区，是改善室内健康和减少环境危害、促进可持续发展的紧迫任务。
